童工被发现怎么处理？

法律分析：
如果公司因证件原因而错雇用童工，一经发现，应立即通知行政经理或者人事主管，同时填写《童工﹑未成年工登记表》外，并采取补救措施，将童工送回家交其监护人。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十八条 国家对女职工和未成年工实行特殊劳动保护。未成年工是指年满十六周岁未满十八周岁的劳动者。
