释义	法律分析: 在质押贷款中，提供财产的一方被称为出质人，出质人负有偿还资金的的义务。获得并保管资产的一方就被成为质权人，它拥有对“质物”的权利，一旦出质人不能清偿债务，质权人就有权变卖所得到的担保财物。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百二十五条为担保债务的履行，债务人或者第三人将其动产出质给债权人占有的，债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现质权的情形，债权人有权就该动产优先受偿。前款规定的债务人或者第三人为出质人，债权人为质权人，交付的动产为质押财产。
