释义	生活中，遗赠主要有三种类型：(1)概括遗赠。即遗赠人将自己全部的财产权利和义务都遗赠给国家、集体或法定继承人以外的公民。(2)特定遗赠。指遗赠人在遗嘱中，特别指定将自己的某项财产赠给某受遗赠人。(3)附义务或附条件的遗赠，或称附义务的遗赠。是指遗赠人在遗赠中附有某种义务，受遗赠人只有履行了该义务，才能获得受赠财产。
