释义	法律分析: 合同履行完毕能够变更。如果合同具有存在着重大误解、被欺诈或被胁迫订立、显失公平的情形的，受损害方可以请求人民法院或者仲裁机构撤销该合同。合同撤销后自始无效。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第一百五十一条【显失公平的民事法律行为的效力】一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
