被公司辞退不需要写离职申请。
被公司辞退后，员工不需要写离职申请。根据相关规定，公司和员工协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。解除劳动合同的，公司要支付员工经济补偿金。而如果是员工主动员工辞职的，公司是不需要支付经济补偿金的。所以，如果公司命令员工写离职申请，员工为了自己的权益，建议不要写离职申请。否则就无法获得经济补偿金了。
如果是单位主动提出提前解除劳动关系（包括没有书面劳动合同，已经形成的事实劳动关系），单位需要向员工支付经济补偿金，而且单位主动提前解除劳动关系，一般都没有合法的解除理由（疫情不属于单位可以提前解除劳动关系的法定理由），这样单位还涉嫌违法解除劳动关系，按照规定，单位单方违法解除劳动关系，需要支付给劳动者二倍的经济补偿金。
由此不难看出，被公司员工辞职后，员工是不需要写离职申请的。员工应该知法，懂法，合法的维护自身的权益。不应该给公司写离职协议。

第三十七条
劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
