释义	1、在公司登记所在地的工商局网站进行公司法人变更预约。2、在公司登记所在地的工商局网站上下载相应的资料，并如实填写。3、带上材料到工商局取预约号，交材料。4、若材料有疑问或当地工商局还要求其他证明，则补充材料（一般下次来无需再预约）。5、若材料无疑问或补充完毕并通过则领取变更通知书。6、再规定时间去工商局领取新的营业执照。7、到刻章公司刻制新的法人章。8、带着新的营业执照和所有印章到开户行更换开户许可证和印鉴。法律依据《新公司法》第七十一条
