释义	法律分析：显失公平的合同是指一方当事人利用优势或对方缺乏经验，在订立合同时致使双方的权利和义务明显违反公平、等价有偿原则的合同。显失公平的合同往往是当事人双方的权利和义务极不对等，经济利益上不平衡，因而违反了公平合理原则。法律规定显失公平的合同应予撤销，不仅是公平原则的具体体现，而且切实保障了公平原则的实现。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
