释义	法律分析：劳动者辞职工厂不给辞职书不也许走是可以报警的，但是一般警察是不会受理的，劳动者可以通过快递的形式给用人单位邮寄一份辞职书，保留好快递详情单以及复印一份辞职书，辞职到期以后，要求用人单位支付其工资以及为其办理离职手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
