社保卡掉了住院可以报销吗 |

社保卡丢失住院可以报销。报销需携带社保中心开具的证明即可。社保卡办理流程具体如下：
1、将材料交至户口所在地的社保中心，具体有：
（1）个人申办的须提供本人有效身份证件（包括身份证、户口薄、护照、港澳通行证、军官证等）及有效身份证件复印件；用人单位统一申办的，须持劳动保障证副本或单位介绍信，提供申领人员个人身份证件复印件并填写南京市民卡单位申请；
（2）申请人系外来从业人员的，还须提供相关工作证明；
（3）提供个人近期1寸免冠电子照片或到指定地点采集人像；
（4）申请人填写、阅读、核对南京市民卡单位申请书，并签字确认；
（5）申请人按规定须缴纳制卡工本费。
2、工作人员资料审核，审核通过后开具缴费单据；
3、根据缴费单据上的银行信息按月缴纳保险金。

国务院社会保险行政部门负责全国的社会保险管理工作，国务院其他有关部门在各自的职责范围内负责有关的社会保险工作。
县级以上地方人民政府社会保险行政部门负责本行政区域的社会保险管理工作，县级以上地方人民政府其他有关部门在各自的职责范围内负责有关的社会保险工作。
