释义	第二审人民法院裁决作出后，当事人仍不服，是否还可以向上一级人民法院继续提出上诉? 第二审人民法院的判决、裁定，是终审裁决、裁定，一经宣告或者送达，即发生法律效力，当事人不能对第二审人民法院的判决、裁定再上诉。如果当事人对第二审人民法院的判决或者裁定仍然不服，只能按照审判监督程序的规定申请再审，但申请再审期间不停止判决、裁定的执行。终审判决如果是具有给付内容的，享有权利的一方当事人即有权要求对方当事人履行义务;如果对方拒绝履行，权利方有权申请人民法院强制执行
