法律分析：新农合医疗报销比例：一、新农合大病报销比例：1、门诊统筹乡、村补助比例分别提高到65%、75%。2、一级医疗机构住院费用在400元以下者，不设起付线，3、二级医疗机构补助比例提高到75%~80%，4、三级医疗机构补助比例提高到55%~60%。5、省三级医疗机构补助比例提高到55%。6、儿童先心病等8种大病新农合补助病种定额的70%，肺癌等12种大病，新农合补助病种定额力争达到70%。二、新农合门诊报销比例：1、村卫生室、卫生所报销比例60%。2、镇卫生院报销比例40%。3、二级医院搏小比例30%。4、三级医院报销比例20%。5、镇级合作医疗门诊报销限额5000元/年。三、新农合住院报销比例：1、新脑电图、X光透视、拍片、化验、理疗、针灸、CT、核磁共振等辅助检查项目限额报销200元。2、手术费起付线1000元内按照国家标准报销，超过1000元按照1000元报销。3、60岁以上老年人住院治疗费及护理费每天可报销10元，限额200元。4、各级医院报销比例为：镇卫生院报销60%，二级医院报销40%，三级医院报销30%。
法律依据：《社会保险法》第二十八条：符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
