释义	法律分析：隐匿邮件，有以下情形的，应予立案追诉：1、隐匿邮件次数较多或数量较大的；2、隐匿邮件，并从中窃取财物的；3、隐匿邮件，虽然次数不多，数量不大，但给国家、集体利益以及公民合法权益造成严重后果的；4、隐匿邮件，造成其他危害后果的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十三条邮政工作人员私自开拆或者隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪而窃取财物的，依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪从重处罚。
