释义	我国有相关规定：目前，限价商品房是可以卖的。国家九部委《关于调整住房供应结构稳定住房价格的意见》中指出，“要优先保证中低价位、中小套型普通商品住房和廉租住房的土地供应，其年度供应量不得低于居住用地供应总量的70%；土地供应应在限套型、限房价基础上，采取竞地价、竞房价的办法，以招标方式确定开发建设单位。”。法律依据国务院办公厅转发建设部等部门关于做好稳定住房价格工作意见的通知
