释义	法律分析：合同的解除，是合同有效成立后，因当事人一方或双方的意思表示，使合同关系归于消灭的行为。合同解除是合同之债终止的事由之一。合同的解除分为法定解除和约定解除，合同解除的条件由法律直接加以规定者，其解除为法定解除。约定解除，是指当事人以合同形式，约定为一方或双方保留解除权的解除。其中，保留解除权的合意，称之为解约条款。法律依据：《民法典》第五百六十二条，当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
