释义	主播签了三年合同，在没到期时也是可以辞职的。但是辞职应当提前三十天通知用人单位，而且是以书面形式。如果用人单位存在强迫劳动等过错行为，也可以随时解除劳动合同，并要求其支付经济补偿。《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
