释义	家庭暴力是指在家庭内部出现的侵犯他人人身、精神、性方面的强暴行为。我们认为，“家庭暴力”就是指发生在家庭成员之间的，以殴打、捆绑、禁闭、残害或者其他手段对家庭成员从身体、精神、性等方面进行伤害和摧残的行为。所谓家庭“冷暴力”是指:夫妻双方在发生矛盾时，不是通过殴打等暴力方式解决，而是对对方表现较为冷淡、轻视、放任和疏远，最明显的特征是漠不关心对方，将语言交流降到最低限度，停止或敷衍性生活，懒于做一切家务。此外，还包括财产经济虐待，如扣留钱款，拒绝支付各种日常开支账单等。
