释义	法律分析：不可以迟到的，否则后果严重。旁听人员迟到不允许进场。参加诉讼双方短时间迟到的，后果不大。被告迟到较长时间，法庭将按缺席审理，对原告提出的证据全部采纳，视同被告对原告的请求没有异议；原告迟到较长时间，可当成无正当理由不到庭，按撤诉处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十三条原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
