广东省高温补贴拖欠怎么办

法律分析：目前，尚未相关的法律法规对高温费属于工资做出明确的具体的规定。但从现有的政府部文件开，高温费是用人单位必须履行的义务，如果用人单位拖欠高温费，劳动者可以到用工单位所在的劳动监察大队进行投诉。
法律依据：《广东省高温天气劳动保护办法》
第二十一条 用人单位违反本办法第十三条规定未向劳动者发放高温津贴的，由县级以上人力资源社会保障主管部门责令限期改正，给予补发;逾期未改正的，处2000元以上10000元以下罚款。
