释义	法律分析：应由本人亲自携带组织关系介绍信办理，不能自己携带的，应由党内交通或机要邮政传递。法律依据：《中共中央组织部关于加强党员流动中组织关系管理的暂行规定》一、党员外出务工经商或从事其它正当职业，有固定地点、时间在6个月以上的，党员所在党组织应将党员组织关系转至所去地方或单位党组织；时间在3至6个月的，应出具党员证明信，由所去地方或单位党组织负责安排其参加党的有关活动。党员应及时主动与所去地方或单位党组织联系，转递党员组织关系。
