释义	信用卡在逾期之后，一般并不会冻结持卡人名下所有的银行卡，通常只会将逾期的那张信用卡给进行冻结，然后需要客户还清欠款、养好信用后，再恢复卡片。不过如果持卡人的逾期情节非常严重，比如长时间欠款不还，银行多次催收都置之不理，甚至银行联系不到人，那在这种情况下，银行很有可能会向法院提起诉讼。而一旦被起诉，经法院判决后还拒不还款的话，那法院就可能会将持卡人列入失信被执行人名单当中。而对于不履行还款义务的失信人，法院就有可能会强制执行，冻结其名下的银行卡，并将其拥有的资金转给银行用作还款。
