释义	法律分析：劳动者因为个人原因需要在正常工作时间请假的认定为事假，请事假是需要扣工资的。事假扣工资应当先用职工当月工资总额除以劳动者的应当出勤天数计算出日工资数额，然后根据劳动者请事假的天数得出事假扣除工资数。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十八条用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。第三十九条企业因生产特点不能实行本法第三十六条、第三十八条规定的，经劳动行政部门批准，可以实行其他工作和休息办法。
