证据链不足的案子怎么处理？

法律分析：
侦查阶段公安认为证据不足的话就会直接撤销案件。起诉阶段检察院会建议公安撤回案件。检察院也可以直接做不起诉处理。审批阶段法院可以判处无罪。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第一百六十二条 公安机关侦查终结的案件，应当做到犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，并且写出起诉意见书，连同案卷材料、证据一并移送同级人民检察院审查决定；同时将案件移送情况告知犯罪嫌疑人及其辩护律师。 犯罪嫌疑人自愿认罪的，应当记录在案，随案移送，并在起诉意见书中写明有关情况。
