释义	法律分析：公司注销期间,属于无照状态,是不能继续经营或者交易的,否则,其行为就违反了《无照经营查处取缔办法》中的相关规定,工商机关可以依法给予行政处罚并取缔。法律依据：《无照经营查处取缔办法》第二条任何单位或者个人不得违反法律、法规、国务院决定的规定，从事无证无照经营。第十三条从事无照经营的，由工商行政管理部门依照相关法律、行政法规的规定予以处罚。法律、行政法规对无照经营的处罚没有明确规定的，由工商行政管理部门责令停止违法行为，没收违法所得，并处1万元以下的罚款。
