释义	叉车证可以补办，劳动者按规定办理离职手续，但公司克扣证件的，可以反映到劳动局、仲裁委员会处理。法律依据: 《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》第三十条《作业人员证》遗失或者损毁的，持证人员应当及时向发证部门挂失，并且在市级以上（含市级）质量技术监督部门的官方网公共信息栏目中发布遗失声明，或者登报声明原《作业人员证》作废。如果一个月内无其他用人单位提出异议，持证人员可以委托原考试机构向发证部门申请补发。查证属实的，由发证部门补办《作业人员证》。
