释义	法律分析：享有产权的房屋所有人有权自由处分自己的房产，可以将房产赠与他人，并签订房产赠与合同。房产赠与人必须具有真实的意思表示，并且必须对其所赠房产拥有所有权。根据司法部、建设部《关于房产登记管理中加强公正的联合通知》规定，赠与房地产必须办理公证。根据合同法的规定，赠与合同赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与，但是具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与合同，不能随意撤销。
