政府为什么不让企业破产 -法律知识

法律分析：
企业破产必须具备两个条件，一是企业必须是经营上的严重亏损是企业不能清偿到期债务。首先，严重亏损，无力清偿到期债务的企业，由其债权人或债务人向企业所在地法院提交破产申请。另外，如果企业具备了企业破产条件，其要进入破产程序还必须由人民法院依法裁定并宣告其破产，这样企业才正式进入破产程序。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国企业破产法》 第三条 企业因经营管理不善造成严重亏损，不能清偿到期债务的，依照本法规定宣告破产。
