释义	法律分析：法人如果是私下里自己刻公司公章是犯法的。对于刻字业违反管理规定承制公章的，属于违反治安管理行为，给予行为人或者企业的负责人处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处一千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款的治安管理处罚。如果私刻、伪造、变造公章，则应以扰乱公共秩序罪论处。法律依据：《刑法》第二百八十条第二款，伪造公司、企业、事业单位、人民团体的印章的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利，并处罚金。
