释义	法律分析: 人中稠密、耕地较少、交通方便的地区，应当实行火葬;将应当火化的遗体土葬，或者在公墓和农村的公益性墓地以外的其他地方埋葬遗体、建造坟墓的，由民政部门责令限期改正;拒不改正的，可以强制执行。法律依据: 《殡葬管理条例》第十三条遗体处理必须遵守下列规定： (一)运输遗体必须进行必要的技术处理，确保卫生，防止污染环境; (二)火化遗体必须凭公安机关或者国务院卫生行政部门规定的医疗机构出具的死亡证明。
