释义	法律分析: 穿军装拍照不违法，但是佩戴军衔就是违法，穿军装干与军人不相干的事是违法行为；军人违反规定着军装，在不适合穿军装的场合着军装的属违纪行为。在不佩戴的军衔情况下，普通公民穿军装是不违法的，并不构成冒充军人招摇撞骗罪。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百七十九条冒充国家机关工作人员招摇撞骗的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。冒充人民警察招摇撞骗的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。
