请问口头说向公司辞职，算辞职嘛？

如果员工处于试用期口头提出的离职申请有法律效力，但是需要用人单位进行证明员工已经通过口头方式辞职。如果已经转正了，不能口头辞职，是需要有书面的申请才具有法律效力的。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
