释义	法律分析: 法律不允许在本金里预扣利息，如果利息预先在本金中扣除的，则人民法院会将实际出借的金额认定为本金，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。利息是货币在一定时期内的使用费，即货币持有者因贷出货币或货币资本而从借款人手中获得的报酬，利息的计算方式是本金乘以利率再乘以借款时间。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
