释义	法律分析：盖工作单位的公章。至于骑缝章，顾名思义，就是盖章时要压到边缝。普通公章盖章时要求“骑年压月”，但骑缝章要求“骑缝”，即，公章要均匀盖压在两页可折叠纸的中缝上，一半留作存根，另一半持作凭证，验证时，两半相对，公章应完整、合一。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
