释义	法律分析：移交缉私局的货物通常都是海关认定有问题的，光手续上齐全是不够的，一旦货物发现有问题就要对货物所有人进行依法审核了，或者逮捕。法律依据：《中华人民共和国海关法》第十条单位犯走私普通货物，物品罪以及走私国家限制进口的可用作原料的固体废物的，偷逃应缴税额在25万元以上不满75万元的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，处三年以下。
