释义	有效。户主去世的，由户成员或其他亲属持： 1、居民户口簿 2、居民身份证 3、《死亡医学证明书》或《死亡鉴定书》到户籍所在地派出所户籍室注销户主户籍，收缴居民身份证。户主户籍注销后，不影响户成员户籍。待户主户籍注销后，户成员持本人有效身份证原件到户籍所在地户籍室申请更改为户主。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第十七条户口登记的内容需要变更或者更正的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报；户口登记机关审查属实后予以变更或者更正。
