释义	法律分析：业主指拥有产业或企业所有权的人，也指住宅小区房屋的产权所有人。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理建筑物区分所有权纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第一条依法登记取得或者依据民法典第二百二十九条至第二百三十一条规定取得建筑物专有部分所有权的人，应当认定为民法典第二编第六章所称的业主。基于与建设单位之间的商品房买卖民事法律行为，已经合法占有建筑物专有部分，但尚未依法办理所有权登记的人，可以认定为民法典第二编第六章所称的业主。
