释义	法律分析: 可以,裁定书下来法院就可以委托银行冻结账户,被告人不知情情况下被冻结完全有可能,而且不违法。法律依据: 《公安机关办理刑事案件适用查封、冻结措施有关规定》第二十六条第一款冻结存款、汇款、证券交易结算资金、期货保证金等资金，或者投资权益等其他财产的期限为六个月。需要延长期限的，应当经作出原冻结决定的县级以上公安机关负责人批准，在冻结期限届满前五日以内办理续冻手续。每次续冻期限最长不得超过六个月。
