释义	法律分析：一是要提前三十天通知，试用期的要提前三天通知。劳动者在享有单方面解除劳动合同的权利时，也应当依法照法律规定遵守解除劳动合同程序，即劳动者在正式用工期应当提前三十天通知用人单位，主要目的是便于用人单位能有只够的时间补充劳动者离职的岗位空缺问题，避免因解除劳动合同给用人单位造成不必要的损失。二是要书面形式通知用人单位。因为通知的时间直接关系到解除劳动合同期限的起算时间，也关系到劳动者的工资计算，所以必须采用有效严谨的方式来表达，这是对双方利益的保护，避免出现不必要的争议。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三条订立劳动合同，应当遵循合法、公平、平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信用的原则。依法订立的劳动合同具有约束力，用人单位与劳动者应当履行劳动合同约定的义务。第十条建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
