释义	法律分析：不会，刑事拘留只是一种强制措施，是公安机关、人民检察院对直接受理的案件，在侦查过程中，遇到法定的紧急情况时，对于现行犯或者重大嫌疑分子所采取的临时剥夺其人身自由的强制方法，不是处罚决定，刑事拘留的结果是有罪和无罪两种，所以刑事拘留是不记入档案，只在公安机关有记录。但若涉及刑事案件，并在判决有罪后判决会记入档案，刑事拘留本身不记入档案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第十二条未经人民法院依法判决，对任何人都不得确定有罪。
