释义	法律分析：严禁教师接受学生家长和其它部门聘请对中小学生进行办班授课。五、严禁学校中层以上领导成员参与办班或其家属违规收费办班。以上五项行为，一经查实，对有关教师个人将给予如下处理：（一）未经主管部门允许学校组织学生在校有偿补课，将给予校长及相关责任人员行政处分，并通法律依据：《中华人民共和国教师法》第十四条受到剥夺政治权利或者故意犯罪受到有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的，不能取得教师资格；已经取得教师资格的，丧失教师资格
