释义	法律分析: 现行的法律中，非法同居属于民事纠纷案件，不属于治安案件或者刑事案件，因此不属于公安机关管辖。非法同居行为违反婚姻法中夫妻间相互忠诚的义务，如果因此一方提出离婚的，无过错方可依法有权请求损害赔偿。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十六条结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
