释义	法律分析：合同当事人可以协商一致解除合同，也可以在合同中约定解除事由，事由发生时，可以解除合同。或者该合同具有法定无效情形的，受损害方有权申请法院撤销该合同。但撤销权的行使须以法定的形式在法定的时间内行使，即自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内向法院或仲裁机构申请撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
