土地托管国家优惠政策有哪些？
释义
土地托管是一种新的土地经营管理模式，是指在保证农民对土地的承包权、经营权和收益权的前提下，农民把自己的土地委托给供销社或农民合作社，由该组织代替农民去管理土地、进行土地生产，土地的收成依然是农民的，农民只需支付托管费。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法》 第十五条 各级人民政府应当依据国民经济和社会发展规划、国土整治和资源环境保护的要求、土地供给能力以及各项建设对土地的需求，组织编制土地利用总体规划。
土地利用总体规划的规划期限由国务院规定。
