释义	遗弃武器装备罪的量刑标准是：行为人违抗命令，遗弃武器装备的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；遗弃重要或者大量武器装备的，或者有其他严重情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第四百四十条违抗命令，遗弃武器装备的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；遗弃重要或者大量武器装备的，或者有其他严重情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
