如何办理高龄老人津贴

法律主观：

1、高龄津贴是针对高龄老人的一种社会保障制度，现在国家规定的80岁以上的老人可享受到国家高龄补贴。 2、除领取60岁以上老人养老金外，80岁老人还可以每月补贴80至100元不等的补贴。九十岁至九十九岁每月200元；一百岁以上每月三百元。发放方法：一般半年发放一次，每年的6月、12月发放。

《青海省高龄补贴管理办法》第二条凡具有青海省户籍，年满70周岁以上（含70周岁）的老年人，均可在不同年龄段享受相应标准的高龄补贴。
