释义	律师解答：小贷公司债务不能外包，债务具有相对性，是不能外包的，但是可以转让。债务转让，是指在不改变债的内容的前提下，债权人、债务人通过与第三人订立转让债务的协议，将债务全部或部分移转给第三人转让的法律事实。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
