断绝姐妹关系在法律方面怎样处理 -法律知识

我国法律没有设定相关的解除桐纯档姐妹关系的制度，你们之间没有法定的权利义务关系。如果姐妹关系是基于血缘关系形成的，是无法断绝的，如果姐妹关系是基于收养等关系形成的，收养关系解除后，姐妹关系就会消失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零七十五条 有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经裤羡死亡或者父母无力局乱抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。
