门诊病历保存年限是多少呢年
释义
1、住院病历，医院保管时间不得少于30年，遗失或损坏均为院方责任;
2、在医院建立档案的门诊病历，医院保管时间不得少于15年;
3、由患者保存的门诊病历，包括化验单、检查单、挂号票根等，这些患者一定要妥善保管。
法律依据：《医疗机构管理条例实施细则》 第五十三条：医疗机构的门诊病历的保存期不得少于十五年；住院病历的保 存期不得少于三十年。
