释义	法律分析：除了另有规定的情况之外，取消了关于公司股东应当在公司成立之后两年内缴足出资，投资公司可以在五年内缴足出资的规定，取消了一人有限公司的股东应当一次足额缴纳出资的规定，公司股东可以自主约定认缴出资额、出资方式、出资期限等，并记载于公司的章程。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十六条有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。
