公积金缴纳基数怎么算 |

住房公积金月缴存基数为职工上一年度工资总收入／12。
根据《住房公积金管理条例》（国务院令第350号）规定：职工住房公积金月缴存额为职工本人上一年度月平均工资乘以职工住房公积金缴存比例；住房公积金月缴存基数为职工本人上一年度月平均工资，即住房公积金月缴存基数为职工，上一年度工资总收入／12。
住建部、财政部、人民银行《关于改进住房公积金缴存机制进－步降低企业成本的通知》（建金［2018］45号）规定：缴存住房公积金的月工资基数，不得高于职工工作地所在设区城市统计部门］公布的上一年度职工月平均工资的3倍。

《住房公积金管理条例》（国务院令第350号）规定：职工住房公积金月缴存额为职工本人上一年度月平均工资乘以职工住房公积金缴存比例；住房公积金月缴存基数为职工本人上一年度月平均工资，即住房公积金月缴存基数为职工上一年度工资总收入／12。
一、公积金一年可以提取几次
1、购房提取
申请提取公积金偿还房贷的话，每月可以提取一次，累计提取额度不能超过实际支出金额。
2、租房提取
（1）租住普通商品住房的，一般提交一次申请，每个季度的提取额会打到提取人的公积金联名卡里，申请满一年后，需要重新提交申请。
（2）提取额度每个城市规定不同，以北京为例，如果没有租房合同的，每个月提取1500元，一个季度就是4500元；有租房交钱证明、租房合同原件的，每季度提取一次，月提取金额既不得超过本人住房公积金月缴存额也不得超过月租金。
（3）比如你个人和公司每个月总缴存额度是2000元，月租金是1800元，那么实际提取额度就不能超过实际的1800元。
3、自检、大修自住房、装修提取
有的城市规定一年提取一次，有的是半年，但有些像海南一样的城市，处于某些原因停止装修提取公积金业务也是有可能的。
