释义	法律不允许经营者在经营场所设立损害消费者权益的告示、声明、通知，即使设立了，其内容也是无效的，并不能免除经营者应承担的责任和义务，因此，如果消费者买到的商品出现质量问题，仍可要求商家修理或退换。法律依据：《消费者权益保护法》第二十六条经营者不得以格式合同、通知、声明、店堂告示等方式做出对消费者不公平、不合理的规定，或者减轻、免除其损害消费者合法权益应当承担的民事责任。格式合同、通知、声明、店堂告示等含有前款所列内容的，其内容无效。
